I recently replaced my chatpad with another msft Xb1 Chatpad. But the orange and green keys don't work correctly. If I type green button then the @ key, it doesn't type anything. Or if I press the orange button and then the + key, it types {. The green and orange symbols all seem mixed up.

I've read that the serial numbers on the chatpad have to end in the letter E for them to work properly here in the US. However, the serial number only has numbers and no letters in them.

I've already reset my console multiple times, (even factory restoring it), made sure that my XboxOne consoles keyboard language was set to English (US), and updated my controller and chatpad with no success.

I returned the chatpad and tried to get one with letters in the serial number but none of the chatpads at the Best Buy locations had any letters in them. All only had numbers. I exchanged it anyway for another one with only numbers in the serial. And that one didn't work either - even after resetting, restoring, and updating again.

For some odd reason, the only way that all symbols on the keyboard work is for me to change my consoles keyboard language to Español (Mexico). Not sure why this is the case.

You might say, 'Well, problem solved,' right? No, the problem is that now, the only typing suggestions that come up are all in Spanish and I dont speak spanish.
